50 Chillies
2tsCream of tartar
2tsLemon essence
2cWater
  Hops, a few of
1cYeast [teacup]

Boil the chillies in 4 quarts of water. Add the sugar and hops. Boil for 30 minutes. Add 8 quarts of water, cream of tartar, yeast, essence of lemon, then bottle.
